What cleaning services do you provide?
We provide residential services (standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in cleaning / move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning), and commercial post-construction cleaning. Our services are available across Toronto and the GTA.
Are Onesweep’s employees insured and trained?
Yes, all Onesweep employees and subcontractors are fully insured and trained in best practices for residential and commercial cleaning, safety, and customer service to ensure they are well-prepared for any cleaning task.
What happens if I’m not home during the appointment?
No problem. As long as we have clear access instructions (lockbox, concierge, keypad code, or key pickup), our team can complete the service as planned. Once finished, we’ll secure your home and leave everything exactly as instructed.
What if I need to cancel, reschedule, or I’m not satisfied?
We understand plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule 24 hours before start date with no charge. And if you’re not fully satisfied with our service, we’ll return to fix it at no extra charge, that’s our satisfaction guarantee. See details on Service agreement page.

Yes. We offer both one-time deep cleanings and recurring service plans (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).

Do you charge extra for deep cleaning vs standard cleaning ?
Yes. Deep cleaning is more thorough than a standard clean and covers areas that aren't part of a routine visit — inside appliances, cabinet interiors, and more. Because it takes significantly more time, effort and products, it is priced accordingly.
Do you offer discounts ?
We occasionally run seasonal promotions, such as our spring deep clean offer with a $30 discount. We also offer competitive rates for recurring clients. Follow our social pages or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected after the cleaning is completed and you're satisfied with the results. We do not accept cash.

What is included in a standard cleaning ?
Our Standard Clean covers all main living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen. It includes dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning counters and sinks, scrubbing toilets and showers, and emptying trash. It's ideal for homes that are regularly maintained.
What is included in a deep cleaning ?
Deep Cleaning goes beyond the standard service. In addition to everything in a Standard Clean, we clean inside the oven and microwave, inside kitchen cabinets, baseboards, window sills, light switches, door frames, and more. It's perfect for a thorough reset or a first clean.
What is included in a move-in/ move-out cleaning ?
Our Move-in or move-out cleaning is designed to prepare spaces for handovers, and immediate occupancy. Whether managing multiple units or preparing a single property, our team delivers consistent results with attention to detail and clear communication.
What is included in a post-construction cleaning ?
Our post-construction clean provide detailed cleaning for both construction and renovation projects. We remove dust, debris, paint splatters and fine particles from every surface. Our team ensures that your site is ready for turnover and presented in professional condition for everyone.
