Thorough dusting of all surfaces, including walls, ledges, shelving, and countertops.
Wipe down and disinfect door handles, light switches, and other high-touch areas
Mop and sanitize all hard floors and vacuum all carpeted areas
Clean baseboards, light fixtures, and vents thoroughly
Deep clean restrooms, including partitions, fixtures, and floors
Clean and polish any installed appliances or equipment
Polish metal surfaces and remove any fingerprints
Clean entryways, including door glass and thresholds
Sweep and mop stairwells and elevator lobbies if applicable
Remove protective film from surfaces, including glass and fixtures
Clean shelving, storage racks, and unit interiors if applicable
Detail clean corners, edges, and hard-to-reach areas
Clean all mechanical rooms and electrical closets
Clean all windows (internal and external)

What cleaning services do you provide?
We provide residential services (standard, deep, and move-in/move-out), and commercial post-construction cleaning. Our services are available across Toronto and the GTA.
Are Onesweep’s employees insured and trained?
Yes, all Onesweep employees and subcontractors are fully insured and trained in best practices for residential and commercial cleaning, safety, and customer service to ensure they are well-prepared for any cleaning task.
What happens if I’m not home during the appointment?
No problem. As long as we have clear access instructions (lockbox, concierge, keypad code, or key pickup), our team can complete the service as planned. Once finished, we’ll secure your home and leave everything exactly as instructed.
What if I need to cancel, reschedule, or I’m not satisfied?
We understand plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule 24 hours before start date with no charge. And if you’re not fully satisfied with our service, we’ll return to fix it at no extra charge, that’s our satisfaction guarantee. See details on Service agreement page.
How is pricing determined and what does it include?
Pricing depends on the size of the property, the type of cleaning, and dirt level.
Do you offer one-time or recurring cleaning?
Yes. We offer both one-time deep cleanings and recurring service plans (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
